For Fans

Wondering What to Expect?

Seating

Our studio is limited to 25-40 people per performance. There’s enough stools lining the walls and “Big Joe” bean bag seats for everyone!

Respect is a Must!

The SongStage puts artists in a close environment with fans who truly want to support those that inspire them. This requires a level of unspoken respect. As fans, we must understand that touring artists are typically under a lot of stress, and sometimes they can be a bit “hounded” for attention. So just be respectful and nice to them! And everyone in attendance!

Refreshments & Merch

The Songstage will be providing water, soft drinks, and alcohol limited to 2 drinks per person at each show. We like to have a good time, but not get crazy. It’s a studio. Songstage & Artist Merch will be available in the lobby area!

Meet & Greets

If the artist so chooses, there will be time after the show for everyone to meet, get merch signed and take photos with them!

Quiet on the Set!

Since we are filming and recording all of the audio from the performance, please be as quiet as possible while the Artist is actively playing a song! That means holding conversation until a later time, keeping phones on silent, and getting your drinks before the song starts!

But, please, when a song is over! Let the applause and cheering rip! The more an Artist feels supported and connected with the fans, the better their performance will be!

Cell Phone Usage

We highly discourage the use of cell phones during performances. The purpose of our venue is to bring people together in the moment and create long lasting memories. Not to get likes and shares on the socials. But you’re your own person. Do what you want ;D

Show Sequence

  • · Please arrive around 15-30 minutes before the start of the performance. There is a Gratitude/Attitude book on the way in. If you are grateful for anything, especially negative things, go ahead and list it! And add your email/cell if you’d like to be notified about upcoming performance updates!

    · Collect your tickets and any drink tokens in the lobby before the performance.

    · If you need to use the restrooms, please do so before the show. Leaving the studio DURING the performance is prohibited. Know there will be pre-scheduled breaks during the taping performance for restroom activities!

    · Please remember your seat number and refer to the diagrams in the ticket email and/or in the lobby.

    · Do not enter the Studio area until prompted by staff.

    · Please watch your step on the stairs and in the Studio area.

    · Once in the Studio area, please collect any desired drinks. No drinks will be served while the Artist is actively playing.

    · Ear plugs will be located in the side pocket of Big Joes or on the cool bars if you would like them.

    · Promptly take your assigned seats after drinks are served.

    · Please remain quiet during the entire performance, other than applause or if addressed by the Artist.

  • · Once everyone is seated, On Air Signs are lit and door is closed.

    · The SongStage Introduction Audio will be played.

    · The Artist will enter and begin the performance to be recorded.

    · Please give an appreciative applause after each song /session.

    · Artists have the opportunity to “redo” any song as many times as they want to capture an EPIC performance. So be as supportive as you can for each take! They are GIVING their BEST! And YOUR ENERGY is part of the performance!

  • · Please do not gather around the artist unless they prompt you to approach them or seem inviting! Use discretion.

    · Allow them time to clean up and take a breather if they need to!

    · Any meet and greets/photos can be taken anywhere, if the artist is up to it!
